Our Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from WhiteSmile USA. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund of your product purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the following guidelines must be followed in order to recieve your refund.

- All returned product must be returned in its original packaging with all unused product.

- All returns must have a RMA (Return Authorization) number. To get an RMA number, you must call customer service at 866-375-6111

- This RMA number must be included on your return package, and sent to:

- Your return must be recieved by us within 30 days of your original purchase, and must include a copy of your invoice.

- Your refund will be credited back to you in the same manner of your original payment (ie. credit card, debit card, etc.) within 15 days of your return being recieved by our returns dept.
